The operation and maintenance especially of older models, such as the Audi V8 Quattro or Audi 200, quickly reaches the limit of profitability when the car is equipped with a self levelling system and its components are worn out or damaged. No matter which part, whether levelling pressure reservoir, strut or regulation valve – spare parts can be very expensive or even unavailable. Or it is necessary to buy used parts with the risk of dubious quality. Due to age, parts of the brake system, the master brake cylinders, brake calipers and brake pressure accumulators are susceptible to wear and are unfortunately very expensive.
